About this Project

BBC was the General Trades Contractor for this new 41,000 sf building. BBC coordinated all owner retained prime contracts including site, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to maintain fast paced project schedule. This project consisted of a 36,000 sf high baby warehouse and a 4,800 sf office with complete tenant fit up.
