About this Project

The project included challenging site work as a result of high water table and extremely rocky soil conditions. Provided value engineering which reduced construction costs by 5% and included changing forced hot air heating system to radiant flooring system.

More Details:

  • Locally harvested siding, wood flooring and timber framing
  • Native plantings
  • Worked with the owner to allow local members an opportunity to perform elements of the project
  • The existing structure continued to operate as a classroom throughout the construction of the addition.
