About this Project
Constructed a new 4,300 sf office building addition that is the home of the Greene County Cornell Cooperative Extension. The facility includes both a learning center and classrooms. The project included challenging site work as a result of high water table and extremely rocky soil conditions. Provided value engineering which reduced construction costs by 5% and included changing forced hot air heating system to radiant flooring system.
