About this Project

This project resulted in the conversion of 3500 square feet of existing non-functional second floor space to additional patient care space. The project produced new family practice examination rooms, treatment areas and additional space for endocrinology services.

Highlights

• Throughout the construction all work was accomplished while the building was occupied and without interruption of client’s business activity
• Close co-ordination of all activities with client’s on-site Practice Manager and the Construction Manager played a critical role in the successful completion of the project
